What are the by-laws of Ocean-Aire Estates?

Does Ocean-Aire Estates have annual HOA dues?
YES!
Annual dues notices are typically mailed at the beginning of the calendar year. And we greatly appreciate our community members who pay their suggested annual HOA fee of $150.00. This small contribution helps to fund neighborhood costs such as insurance, property taxes, landscaping, and maintenance. Please be a good neighbor and ensure that your payment is made on time so that we can continue to provide these services to our community.
